After 17 years as a fitness coach, I've seen the same pattern over and over:
women doing everything right… but getting nowhere once hormones started to shift.
That’s why my approach is different.
I combine smart strength training, hormone-friendly nutrition, and lifestyle habits that actually fit real life, so you’re not stuck dieting, overtraining, or starting over every Monday.
