Hi, I’m Coach Alex and I specialize in helping women 40+ feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies again.

After years in the fitness industry, I saw the same pattern over and over:
women doing everything right… but getting nowhere once hormones started to shift.

That’s why my approach is different.

I combine smart strength training, hormone-friendly nutrition, and lifestyle habits that actually fit real lifeso you’re not stuck dieting, overtraining, or starting over every Monday.
